Lisa is the Chief Administrative Officer for Lee Memorial Hospital, a part of the Lee Memorial Health System in Fort Myers, Florida. Lee Memorial Hospital is one of five hospitals within the Lee Memorial Health System which include HealthPark Medical Center, Gulf Coast Medical Center, Cape Coral Hospital and The Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida.  Lee Memorial is a 367 bed acute care hospital with a 60 bed Rehab facility.  Clinical specialization includes a state certified Level II trauma center serving five counties, Neurosciences (Primary Stroke Center), Orthopedics including a Total Joint Center, Lee Cancer Care, Diabetes Care, Memory Disorder Clinic, Behavioral Health, Infectious Disease, Infusion Center, PCU, and Intensive Care (SICU/MICU).  Her  career encompassed serving as Vice President of Patient Care Services from 2007 -2010 in which she facilitated the creation of a triage demand shelter in collaboration with community agencies to expand mental health services within Lee County.  She served as Executive Director for Emergency Services for the Lee Memorial Health System from 2004 -2007 implementing improvements in patient safety, patient flow and strategic plans utilizing six sigma and lean processes.   Prior to coming to Lee Memorial she served as director for Emergency Services in Port Charlotte, Florida and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in addition to serving as the Chief Deputy Coroner for Montgomery County Pennsylvania from 1995-2000.  She is a 2010 alumnus of the Wharton/Johnson and Johnson Nurse Executive Nurse Fellows Program, a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives,  and is currently an active member in Sigma Theta Tau,  F.N.A., A.O.N.E., S.W.O.N.E. and E.N.A., serving as the Director for Southwest Organization of Nurse Executives for Lee County from 2009-2011. She was recently appointed to the Florida Nurses' Association Leadership Development and Certificate of Need Committees for 2014-2015.
